Lessons I'm Taking With Me to 2026

reflections

  1. Should have started coding sooner in my uni days, but I’m here now, and that’s enough to build forward.

  2. I’m running my own race comparison only slows me down and steals the energy I need for my lane.

  3. AI isn’t here to shortcut my work process; it’s a tool I can use to multiply my productivity only if I actually show up and do the work.

  4. Demotivation visits everyone; discipline is what opens the door back to progress.

  5. Expectations and reality rarely match, but the gap in between is where character and resilience are formed.

  6. Building audaciously in the tech space from Africa may seem impossible and limiting, but there is power in creating from the margins.

  7. Comfort zones are cages with nicer decor; real growth and progress happen when I step into the unknown.

  8. Balance matters! No achievement is worth losing myself, my peace, or the people who matter.

  9. Faith stays my anchor—especially when the blueprint isn’t visible, but the calling is.

  10. In this trendy AI era, the win isn’t about keeping up with trends but about staying grounded, consistent, and committed to achieving my goals.
